The International Association of Dietary Nutrition and Safety (IADNS) was registered in Vigo, Spain, which is a non-profit international organization led by Chinese scholars, with the voluntary participation of scientific research, enterprises and government personnel in the field of food nutrition and safety worldwide. The association is committed to the dissemination and progress of knowledge on food nutrition and safety, strengthening the exchange and cooperation of scientists around the world in food nutrition and safety, and promoting the development of the food nutrition and safety industry. Those with a genuine interest in the science of food nutrition and safety can become a member and the membership is worldwide. IADNS publishs two journals: eFood and Food Frontiers (Wiley). IADNS has been organizing a series conferences, seminars and workshops to provide a platform for communication of members.
