The association is committed to the dissemination and progress of knowledge on food nutrition and safety, strengthening the exchange and cooperation of scientists around the world in food nutrition and safety, and promoting the development of the food nutrition and safety industry. Those with a genuine interest in the science of food nutrition and safety can become a member and the membership is worldwide. In this sense, IADNS publishs three journals: eFood, Food Frontiers (Wiley) and Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods.
