FOOD FRONTIERS was indexed in WOS and will get impact factor in 2023



FOOD FRONTIERS, an Official Journal of the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety, has been indexed by the Web of Science Core Collection including Emerging Sources Citation Index, Biological Abstracts, BIOSIS Previews. It will get first impact factor in 2023. Food Frontiers has been indexed by DOAJ, Scopus, WOS, ProQuest, CAS, and Pubmed.

New Journal is incorporated to IADNS family

 We are happy to report that a new Journal has joined the IADNS journal family. We incorporate Carpathian Journal of Food Science and Technolog(indexed by ESCI





This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal for only non-commercial purposes without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The journal publishes full papers in English only, in four (4) issues per year.

We are happy to report that a new Journal has joined the IADNS journal family. We incorporate Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods.



Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods' is an international peer-reviewed journal publishing research and review papers associated with the quality and safety of food and food sources including cereals, grains, oilseeds, fruits, root crops and animal sources. It targets both primary materials and their conversion to human foods.

Now, Quality Assurance and Safety of Crops & Foods, together with eFood and Food Frontiers form the IADNS publishing family.

The 6th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (6-ISPMF) held in Hangzhou, China

The 6th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (6-ISPMF) was held in Hangzhou, China from August 7-9, 2022, with the online sessions from August 5-13, 2022. It was jointly organized by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE), and Phytochemical Society of Asia (PSA). This hybrid symposium attracted over 1,200 scholars from 65 countries to attend. 6-ISPMF embraced cutting edge research outcomes, which dedicates to creating a stage for exchanging the update research results in the phytochemicals for food and human health.



Professor Haiyan Gao, the vice president of IADNS, performed the opening ceremony. Professor Shaoping Nie, the vice president of IADNS gave the presidential address, saying that such important conferences and journals offer a platform to young students and research scholars to exchange ideas and learn from the expertise of top-notch scientists from across the world. 



The international organizing committee and scientific committee board of 6-ISPMF assembled an exciting and diverse program, featuring 22 plenary lectures, 59 keynote lectures (on site), 72 invited lectures, 69 oral presentations, two student forums consisting of 205 short lectures, and more than 50 posters, which dedicate to creating a stage for exchanging the update research results in phytochemicals for food and human health. 















During the conference, IADNS signed a 10-year strategic partnership agreement with Wiley. The two parties will further deepen the partnership around key areas of common concern, and jointly promote the publication of first-class academic journals in the field of food science and technology.

6th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (6-ISPMF)

 


On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to attend the 6th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (6-ISPMF) to be held in Hangzhou, China on August 5-10, 2022. 6-ISPMF is organized by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) and the Phytochemical Society of Asia (PSA). We very much look forward to welcoming you at Hangzhou. Hangzhou is one of seven ancient capitals in China. Its history can be traced back over 2,200 years to the Qin dynasty (221-206 BC). It flourished after being linked with the north via the Grand Canal, which starts in Beijing and ends in Hangzhou. West Lake, the symbol of Hangzhou, is regarded as one of the most beautiful sights in China. In 2011, it was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. 6-ISPMF aims to explore the recent advances in the area of phytochemicals in medicine and food. We hope to bring together scientists of all ages to provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, sharing success stories and setting up new research collaborations. Your active participation will certainly make 6-ISPMF symposium a great success.

5th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food

 


On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to attend the 5th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (5-ISPMF) to be held in Nanchang University, Nanchang, China on August 25-30, 2021. 5-ISPMF is organized by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) and the Phytochemical Society of Asia (PSA). We very much look forward to welcoming you at Nanchang University which resides in Nanchang. Nanchang is the capital of Jiangxi Province, China and a famous historical and cultural city with a history of over 2,200 years. It has been described as “a given land abundant in natural resources and outstanding in producing talented figures”. Nanchang is a scenic and environmentally friendly city with beautiful mountains, rivers and lakes. The Gan River passes through the city from south to north, and the whole city is dotted with rivers and lakes. At the outskirts of the city you can see green mountains. We very much look forward to welcoming you at Northwest University which resides in Xi’an. Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province, China and it is one of the oldest cities in China.
